Note that the BWC Configuration software is compatible with Windows 7, 10, and 11. The software cannot be installed on MacOS, ChromeOS, iOS, or Android.  However, the software is very lightweight and is compatible with very old laptops, so you could find a $40 laptop or computer stick PC to use with it, then move the mp4 video files to a cloud folder or to your chromebook, phone, or any device that can play mp4 videos.
